Moxie is mellow at heart but never wants to miss what’s going on around her. She’s the girl who watches, thinks, and then joins in when she’s ready. New skills take her a moment to absorb, but once she gets it, she’s rock-solid. She’s the quiet “joiner” of the group with a soft charm all her own.

Congratulations Team Moxie
Congratulations to Team Aileen and Moxie on their trial placement through our Dogs4Diabetics (D4D) program We are so excited for Aileen as she and her Medical Alert Service Dog, Moxie work towards meeting graduation requirements. Moxie is an adorable yellow Labrador who was provided to NICST as a career change from our friends at Guide Dogs for the Blind. We are so thankful to her GDB puppy raisers, Annie M. for giving her a wonderful start! And, while in training with us, she was fostered by Christi R, part of our amazing Canine Training Partners program.
