Driving Directions

If you’re mapping NICST’s location, use the intersection of Evora Road and Willow Pass Road, Concord, CA 94520. Willow Pass Court still doesn’t show up on all mapping software or GPS.

NICST is located in the Willow Pass Business Park located off the Willow Pass Road exit on Highway 4. To get to the training center, turn left onto Willow Pass Road if you’re exiting Highway 4 East. Turn right if you’re exiting off of Highway 4 West. Then cross Evora Road to enter the business park.

Once in the Willow Pass Business Park, drive all the way to the back, and you’ll find the NICST Nylabone Training Facility located in the last building on the right, up against the hill.
