Puppies bred and raised through the service dog program will have a minimum adoption fee of $1200. The adoption coordinator will inform the potential adopter of the dog's fee. The adoption fee is to help cover any medical and training costs that have incurred since we have had the dog. We take applications for all potential dogs in our program. A volunteer or staff member will contact you when the form has been completed. In order to move forward with adoption, we require a home visit to be completed, meeting all family members and ensure all existing pet dogs in the home are welcoming to a new dog. If you have any questions regarding the adoption process, please email Hayley@dogs4diabetics.com
